Waffles are always a good idea if you’re asking us. Especially, plant protein waffles made with our Cinnamon Horchata and topped with juicy strawberries and raspberries. Recreate this yummy breakfast with the recipe below!
1 3/4 cups Paleo @bobsredmill
2 eggs
1 cup Koia Cinnamon Horchata
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Blend beet juice and red berries for red coloring
Optional toppings: @kitehillfoods greek yogurt and mixed berries
Instructions:
- Preheat the waffle iron
- Spray your waffle maker with non-stick coconut oil spray
- Blend beet juice, ice and red berries for red coloring in a blender
- Blend your Paleo Bob’s Red Mill waffle mix, eggs, Cocoa powder coconut oil, red coloring mix and Koia and start cooking your waffles
- Once the waffles are ready, top them with your yogurt and berries for the finishing touch
