Yes, all of our shakes are NON-GMO certified.

What Fiber Sources are in Koia?

We use soluble fiber in powder form that dissolves in liquid, this is how prebiotic fiber is infused in each bottle of Koia. We use our Koia prebiotic fiber blend of agave fiber and chicory root fibers. Please see the nutrition facts panel for the detailed list of ingredients for each individual flavor.

DO KOIA PRODUCTS CONTAIN CAFFEINE?

Most Koia products are caffeine-free. However, the following contain caffeine:

Cold Brew Coffee Protein Shake – Contains caffeine from cold brew coffee.

Cold Brew Coffee Nutrition Shake – Contains caffeine from cold brew coffee.

Matcha Latte - From matcha powder.

Peppermint Mocha - From cold brew coffee and dark roast coffee.

If you have any caffeine sensitivity, always check the label for details.

Are Koia shakes nut-allergy safe?

Koia Protein shakes and Nutrition Shakes, contain nuts, such as almonds and coconuts, and are produced in facilities that process tree nuts. If you have a nut allergy, we recommend checking the ingredient list carefully and consulting with your doctor before consuming.

What is the shelf life of a Koia Shake?

Please refer to the expiration date printed on the side of the bottle.

Does Koia need to be refrigerated?

Koia Protein Shakes are perishable and require refrigeration.

With an exception of our Koia Nutrition Shakes, Kids Shakes, Elite Shakes and Protein Powders which do not need to be refrigerated.

CAN YOU FREEZE KOIA?

We do not recommend freezing Koia because when it thaws out there will be noticeable separation because almond and coconut milk have high fat content. While we do not recommend it, technically, freezing Koia does not have a negative impact on the actual product itself, so it is still safe for consumption.
