If you’re like us, you could probably eat pizza for every meal. Well we’ve whipped up a delicious dessert pizza made with our Strawberry Creme flavor so you can treat your self, because you deserve it! Check out the recipe below.
Ingredients:
Crust
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Plus more for greasing pan)
½ C Almond Butter
½ C Honey
3 C Brown Rice Cereal
Filling
12 oz Plain Yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 C Strawberry Creme Koia
½ C Sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Begin by greasing a pie dish with coconut oil. Next, in a large saucepan over medium heat, add the coconut oil, almond butter and honey and stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Once melted, add in the brown rice cereal and stir for 1-2 minutes until the cereal is fully coated with the liquid. After it is fully coated, remove from heat and begin pouring and patting into the pie dish using your hands. Make sure the crust is fully covering the inside of the dish. Place the crust in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes while you make the filling.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the yogurt and Strawberry Creme Koia. Stir until the liquid is fully absorbed by the yogurt. Once the crust in finished cooling in the refrigerator, remove it and add all of the filling. Place back in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. After 5-10 minutes, add the sliced strawberries in whatever style you like on top of the filling. Slice into pizza slices (it may get a bit messy) and enjoy!
(Note: You can freeze the dessert pizza and slice afterwards for a frozen dessert treat!)
