Ingredients
- ½ Banana (mashed)
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
- 1½ cups Koia Chocolate Banana
- ½ Tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings
- ½ Banana (sliced)
- Cacao Nibs
- Almond butter (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a sealable mug / container combine, mashed banana, old fashion rolled oats, chia seeds and 1½ cups of Koia Chocolate Banana.
2. Seal the mug / container and place in the fridge letting your overnight oats soak overnight (or at least a few hours). We recommend 8 hours for true overnight oats.
3. After letting your overnight oats soak overnight, take the oats out of the fridge and top with banana slices and cacao nibs. Add a big spoonful of almond butter, if you please.
4. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
