This easy to make smoothie made with our Vanilla Bean, mint and matcha will give you the lift you need. These fresh ingredients paired with Koia’s plant proteins will help energize you for a quick on-the-go breakfast or snack. Check out the recipe below!
SMOOTHIE:
½ cup homemade cashew milk
¾ cup @drinkkoia vanilla bean
1 heaping scoop @alohamoment vanilla plant based protein powder
½ cup soaked raw cashews
1 teaspoon @omg_superfoods matcha powder
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen zuchinni
½ cup frozen sweet peas
5 leaves frozen kale
2 stalks organic celery
1 drop @doterra peppermint oil
1 tsp @moremoringa moringa leaf powder
several cuttings of fresh mint
handful of ice
blend and top with @omg_superfoods cacao nibs and a dusting of matcha w/ @traderjoeslist dark chocolate mint stars
Instructions:
Blend handful of ice, cashew milk, Koia and protein powder until blended. Next, add cashews, bananas, zucchini, sweet peas, kale and celery until creamy. Lastly, add matcha powder, peppermint oil and mint leaves then top with cacao nibs or desired toppings.
