Get ready to shake things up this St. Patrick's Day with our Lucky Shamrock Shake recipe. Blending the classic minty goodness of a shamrock shake with delicious Koia plant-based protein. This shake will not only will satisfy your taste buds, but also fuel your body all in one sip!
Ingredients:
• 2 Scoops non-dairy vanilla ice cream
• 1 Cup Koia Coconut Almond
• ½ Cup ice cubes
• ¼ Tsp peppermint extract
• ½ Tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Drops of liquid spirulina
• Non-dairy whipped cream, for topping
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish
• Green sugar sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add the non-dairy vanilla ice cream, Koia Coconut Almond, ice cubes, peppermint extract, vanilla extract and spirulina to a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and thick. If the shake is too thick, add a splash more Koia and blend again.
3. Pour the shamrock shake into your favorite glass.
4. Top with non-dairy whipped cream, a maraschino cherry and green sprinkles.
