Peppermint Mocha Protein Balls
If the holidays had a flavor, it would definitely be peppermint mocha. These no-bake Peppermint Mocha Protein Balls are festive, indulgent, and secretly packed with protein thanks to our Elite Protein Powder. They’re perfect for holiday snacking, post-workout treats, or a healthier dessert option.
Ingredients
2–3 servings Koia Elite 32g Protein Powder
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup almond flour
⅛–¼ teaspoon all-natural peppermint oil (a little goes a long way!)
¾ cup dark chocolate, melted
Crushed dye-free candy canes, for topping
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and almond flour.
Add peppermint oil and mix well until a thick, dough-like consistency forms. If the dough feels too dry, add a small splash of maple syrup; if too sticky, add a bit more almond flour.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate and place back on the tray.
Sprinkle with crushed dye-free candy canes before the chocolate sets.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
