Cold Brew Cookie Smoothie w/ Chocolate Protein Powder
Another twist on an Erewhon cult favorite—this one’s for the coffee lovers. With rich chocolate, creamy coconut, and a raspberry-spiked coffee ganache, this smoothie is bold, smooth, and borderline addictive. And thanks to Chocolate Koia Protein Powder, it delivers on the protein without missing a beat on flavor. Because when your protein shake tastes like dessert and your morning coffee… that’s love.
Ingredients
Smoothie Base:
1 frozen banana
5 drops toffee stevia (optional)
⅓ cup Chocolate Koia Protein Powder
¾ cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
¼ cup coconut meat (or coconut cream)
1 cup ice

Raspberry Coffee Ganache:
⅓ cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2 dates
2 tbsp cacao powder
¼ cup cold brew concentrate
¼ cup coconut cream
Pinch of sea salt
Cold Brew Concentrate:
1½ cups prepared cold brew
Toppings (optional, but worth it):
Whipped coconut cream
Chocolate cookie crumble
Instructions
Blend all smoothie base ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Separately, blend all ganache ingredients until rich and pourable.
In a tall glass, alternate pouring the chocolate smoothie and raspberry coffee ganache to create a layered effect.
Top with whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of chocolate cookie crumble.
