Banana Protein Pancakes: A Healthy & Delicious Breakfast

Ingredients:

• 2 medium ripe bananas

• 1 and 1⁄2 cups rolled oats

• 1/3 cup Koia vanilla protein powder

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 2 tsp lemon juice

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1⁄4 tsp salt

• 1 cup almond milk

Instructions:

1. Blend the Batter: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. The batter will be thick—this is completely normal!

2. Cook the Pancakes: Warm a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. If your pan isn’t non-stick, lightly grease with coconut oil or cooking spray.
Scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.

3. Serve & Enjoy: Serve your pancakes with sliced bananas, maple syrup, or any other toppings you like!
