shipping, handling & return info

Shipping Method

  • All Koia orders are shipped via FedEx 1-2 Day Ground.
  • Your product should arrive to your address cool to the touch. If you find your order did not arrive cool, please email us at koiaorders@drinkkoia.com and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Handling Process

  • All orders are packed Monday-Friday from 7am-11am Central Time (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and packed.
  • Orders that are placed after 11am Central Time will be packed and shipped the following business day.
  • If an order is placed Friday after 11am Central Time, the order will be packed and shipped the following week.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Please contact our customer service team if you have any problems with your order. Because the product is perishable, we do not accept returns once the product has arrived at your address. If for any reason the problem is our fault, we will work to replace your order and/or issue a refund.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 15 days on the products’ shelf life, however, some cases will have up to 90 days. If you have any questions regarding our Freshness Guarantee, please email us at info@drinkkoia.com.

Additional Information

  • We currently do not deliver to South & North Dakota, and  Montana. We do still have same-day delivery options (AmazonFresh, Instacart and/or GoPuff) available in select cities in these States.
