Gluten free waffles anyone? We combined Koia with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour for a tasty and healthier version of your most beloved breakfast item. Treat your taste buds and go to town with your favorite waffle toppings!
Yields About 12 mini waffles (About 6 regular ones)
2 c Koia
2 tbs Melted coconut oil/ Vegan butter
2 c Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour
1 tbs Baking powder
Preheat a small or large waffle iron. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with Koia, and melted coconut oiler vegan butter. Add in the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly to combine. Once combined, grease your waffle iron with more coconut oil or vegan butter. Add enough batter to fill the iron. Cook each waffle for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, let cool, and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
