Mother’s Day Smoothie Bowl
Let’s face it, Mom’s deserve delicious treats like this all year round! Check out the recipe below to recreate this smoothie bowl made with our Vanilla Bean for a filling breakfast or post-workout snack packed with plant proteins
2 cups spinach
1/2 bottle of Vanilla Koia (more or less as you see fit)
1 frozen banana
Ice, for thickening
Toppings of choice (we topped ours with kiwi, dragonfruit and mint)
Blend spinach, Koia, banana, avocado and ice until creamy. Next, place smoothie mixture in a glass or a bowl then add kiwi , dragonfruit and mint (or desired toppings) Lastly, enjoy!
