Chocolate Peppermint Protein Pudding

Ingredients

⅓ cup whole chia seeds (soaked in water)

3 tbsp cacao powder

½ teaspoon peppermint extract

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 bottle of Koia Cacao Bean

Directions

1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla, peppermint, and KOIA for about 1 minute until totally smooth.

2. Pour into serving cups or jars and top with vegan marshmallows and cacao powder and enjoy!
