Berry Waffles

Waffles are always a good idea if you’re asking us. Especially, plant protein waffles made with our Cinnamon Horchata and topped with juicy strawberries and raspberries. Recreate this yummy breakfast with the recipe below!  

 

 

1 3/4 cups Paleo @bobsredmill
2 eggs
1 cup Koia
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Blend beet juice and red berries for red coloring
Optional toppings: @kitehillfoods greek yogurt and mixed berries

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the waffle iron
  2. Spray your waffle maker with non-stick coconut oil spray
  3. Blend beet juice, ice and red berries for red coloring in a blender
  4. Blend your Paleo Bob’s Red Mill waffle mix, eggs, Cocoa powder coconut oil, red coloring mix and Koia and start cooking your waffles
  5. Once the waffles are ready, top them with your yogurt and berries for the finishing touch
