5 Minute Mug Cake

Koia Coconut Almond

Craving something sweet, warm, and delicious and only have a few minutes? This 5 minute mug cake naturally sweetened with banana and Coconut Almond Koia is definitely the answer! Try it out for yourself (no hassle or mess necessary)!

Ingredients

1 Ripe banana
1/4 c plus 2 tbs Almond flour
1 tbs Almond butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 c Coconut Almond Koia
Dash of salt (optional)
Blueberries to top (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork until completely smooth. Add in the almond flour, almond butter, baking powder, Coconut Almond Koia, and dash of salt and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Transfer the batter into a microwaveable mug. Microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The cake should rise but not overflow the mug. Let cool for a couple minutes, top with blueberries and enjoy!
