We do not recommend freezing Koia because when it thaws out there will be noticeable separation because almond and coconut milk have high fat content. While we do not recommend it, technically, freezing Koia does not have a negative impact on the actual product itself, so it is still safe for consumption.
The only product we have that contains caffeine is our Protein Cold Brew Coffee shake. It has 110mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to one cup of coffee.
Since Koia products do not meet that caloric and vitamin and mineral requirements from the FDA, they are not considered meal replacements. However, these are amazing and tasty snacks, pre-workouts, or post-workouts! You could also drink one when your sweet tooth aches, but you don't want a heavy dessert.
