Cinnamon Horchata Pancakes

How do you make a pancake smile?? Butter him up! Nothing like a good pancake pun:). When you aren’t on-the-go and have time to make breakfast check out this delicious protein packed pancake recipe make with our Limited Edition Chris Paul Cinnamon Horchata!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup CP3 x Koia Cinnamon Horchata
1/2 cup oats
1  Vegan egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pack @sproutliving vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

1. Blend 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup Koia Cinnamon Horchata, 1 vegan egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 pack @sproutliving vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder. Makes 12-14 thin pancakes.

Optional: Top with bananas, goji berries, cinnamon, honey and granola but feel free to top with whatever toppings you prefer!
